Returns Policy

We want you to love your Pygma3D purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

14-Day Return Window

You may return most items purchased from Pygma3D within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Eligible for Return

  • ✓Unused and in original condition
  • ✓In original packaging where possible
  • ✓Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • ✓Non-personalised or non-custom items

Not Eligible for Return

  • ✗Personalised or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • ✗Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • ✗Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • ✗Sale items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at info@pygma3d.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Receive Approval

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address. We recommend using a tracked service.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every item, but sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • 1.Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • 2.Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • 3.We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
